Its members were ECDI, Cincinnati Development Fund, Ohio Capital Finance Corporation, and Village Capital Corporation. From 2018 to 2021, the OH3C provided lending, technical assistance, and responsive support to borrowers who were located in neighborhoods experiencing rapid market strengthening. The OH3C financed 16 commercial and mixed-used projects, provided loans on 235 affordable housing units, issued $1M+ in loans to 60 small businesses and entrepreneurs, and increased the capacity of local community development corporations.       <image:caption>The OH3C Collaborative In 2018, the OH3C (“Ohio 3C”) brought together four CDFIs to deploy targeted capital in 9 neighborhoods within the state’s 3Cs (i.e., Cincinnati, Columbus, and Cleveland). Its members were ECDI, Cincinnati Development Fund, Ohio Capital Finance Corporation, and Village Capital Corporation. From 2018 to 2021, the OH3C provided lending, technical assistance, and responsive support to borrowers who were located in neighborhoods experiencing rapid market strengthening. The OH3C financed 16 commercial and mixed-used projects, provided loans on 235 affordable housing units, issued $1M+ in loans to 60 small businesses and entrepreneurs, and increased the capacity of local community development corporations. These two CDFIs are supporting development efforts in Cleveland, Ohio’s Buckeye/Kinsman, Clark-Fulton, and Glenville neighborhoods. From 2019 to 2022, the Collaborative will deploy loans, grants, technical assistance, and business services to attract projects and Opportunity Zone investments that align with the target neighborhoods’ priorities.
